All service work and refurbishment is performed by manufacturer-trained, in-house and affiliated technicians. Instruments are cleaned, adjusted, and tested so they perform dependably on your bench.
Shipping & manuals
We ship quickly per your requirements and pack carefully for safe transit worldwide. In most cases we enclose copies of original instruction manuals to help you get up and running.
Returns & satisfaction
If the instrument you receive does not perform appropriately for your application, or is not what you expected, you may return it. We’d rather confirm the right configuration with you than have you keep something that doesn’t fit.
